Pro earns 1% per business day, requires a minimum of $100 USDT, runs for 25 business days (~35 calendar days), and returns +25% over the cycle. Elite earns 3% per business day, requires $1,000 USDT minimum, runs for 30 business days (~42 calendar days), and returns +90% over the cycle. Both packages return 100% of your original principal at cycle end.

Yes. 100% of your principal is returned to your Available Balance when the cycle completes. For Pro that is after 25 business days, and for Elite after 30 business days. Your profits are separate and accumulate in your balance daily throughout the cycle.

Yes. You can have multiple active deposits across both Pro and Elite packages simultaneously. Many investors run one Elite and one or more Pro packages at the same time to maximise their daily credits and diversify across cycle lengths.

No. Packages do not renew automatically. When your cycle completes, your principal is credited back to your Available Balance and the package closes. You then choose whether to reinvest, start a new package, or withdraw — it's entirely your decision.

Profits are credited to your Available Balance every business day (Monday through Friday). Weekends and public holidays are not counted. You'll see a new credit appear each morning. The daily percentage is fixed based on your package — 1% for Pro, 3% for Elite — calculated on your deposited principal.

There is no maximum deposit limit. You can invest as much USDT as you'd like across multiple packages. Larger deposits simply earn proportionally larger daily credits based on your package rate.

XUACO supports three networks: TRC-20 (Tron), ERC-20 (Ethereum), and BEP-20 (BNB Smart Chain). We recommend TRC-20 for its very low network fees (typically under $0.01). Always make sure the network you send from matches the deposit address network — sending on the wrong network will result in lost funds.

The minimum is $100 USDT for the Pro package and $1,000 USDT for the Elite package. There is no maximum deposit limit on either package.

Deposits are confirmed once the blockchain transaction is complete — typically 1–5 minutes on TRC-20, and slightly longer on ERC-20 and BEP-20. Your package becomes active and starts earning from the next business day after confirmation.

XUACO charges zero deposit fees. The only cost is the standard blockchain network gas fee, which is handled by your sending wallet (usually cents on TRC-20). 100% of your deposited USDT goes directly into your package.

Sending USDT on the wrong network (e.g., sending ERC-20 USDT to a TRC-20 address) will result in lost funds that cannot be recovered. Always double-check the network before confirming your transaction. If you are unsure, contact our support team before sending.

Yes. Your earned profits can be withdrawn any time, 24/7 including weekends, with zero fees. There's no minimum holding period on profits — if it's in your Available Balance, you can withdraw it.

XUACO charges absolutely zero withdrawal fees on profits. What you request is exactly what you receive. All on-chain settlement costs are handled by our payment processor with no markup passed to you. (Note: early principal withdrawal within the first 14 days carries a 5% fee — see question 22.)

Withdrawals are typically processed and arrive in your external wallet within 1–5 hours of submission. You'll receive an email confirmation once the transaction is sent on-chain. During peak periods processing may take slightly longer.

The minimum withdrawal is $1 USDT. There is no maximum withdrawal limit — you can withdraw your entire Available Balance in one request.

Both options are available. Your original capital (principal) is returned automatically at cycle end — 25 business days for Pro, 30 for Elite — with zero deductions. If you need to withdraw it earlier, you can: free of charge after 14 days, or with a 5% fee on the principal amount if withdrawn within the first 14 days of a new deposit. This short window is designed to discourage short-term speculation and keep the vault stable for everyone.

When someone signs up using your referral link and makes a deposit, you earn a commission instantly — 24/7, including weekends. Commissions are paid on deposits (not daily profits). The amount you earn depends on your affiliate tier: Starter (8% across 3 levels), Builder (10%, 3 levels), Master (13%, 4 levels), Elite (17%, 5 levels), and Legend (20%, 7 levels).

No. You can share your referral link and earn commissions without making a deposit yourself. Your referral link is active as soon as your account is created. Of course, having an active package also earns you daily returns on top of your referral income.

Milestone bonuses are one-time USDT rewards paid when your team's cumulative deposits reach key thresholds: +$200 at $10K · +$500 at $25K · +$1,500 at $50K · +$3,000 at $100K · +$7,000 at $200K · +$12,000 at $300K · +$20,000 at $400K · +$30,000 at $500K · +$100,000 at $1M. These stack on top of your regular commission income.

Tier advancement is based on your total team vault size (cumulative deposits from your referral network): Builder requires $10,000, Master requires $25,000, Elite requires $50,000, and Legend requires $100,000. Tiers upgrade automatically when your team vault crosses each threshold.

Your unique referral link is in the Refer & Earn section of your dashboard. From there you can copy the link, share it directly, and track how many people have signed up and deposited through your link in real time.

We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) immediately after creating your account. Go to Security Settings and scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or Authy. 2FA is required for withdrawals, providing an extra layer of protection even if your password is compromised. Never share your 2FA codes with anyone.

Never. XUACO support staff will never ask for your password, 2FA codes, or private wallet keys — under any circumstances. If anyone claiming to be XUACO support asks for these, it is a scam. Report it to us immediately via our official Telegram or email channels.
