Q3 2025 — The Idea
Seeing the Gap

Our founding team, with backgrounds in quantitative trading and fintech, noticed a persistent gap: sophisticated forex arbitrage strategies were generating consistent returns for institutional players, but retail investors had no clean, accessible way to participate. The idea for XUACO was born.

Lingeraj is an experienced executive leader with a proven track record as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer, bringing Board Member experience with a strong focus on transparency, accountability, and governance. He has delivered multi-million Rand and Dollar improvements in financial, sales, and operational results by scaling businesses and leading high-performing teams across emerging and global markets. With full P&L accountability, expertise in market expansion, revenue growth, and new product development, he takes a data-driven approach to every decision. Lingeraj holds an Executive MBA, an Honours degree in Business Administration, a BA in Psychology and Philosophy, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in AI Engineering — making him uniquely positioned to lead XUACO at the intersection of finance and technology.
